YOUTH-FULL EXPERIENCE IN WILLIAMSBURG
If there is enough interest (a minimum
of twenty-five), from our youth circle members, we are planning
to hold a Youth Event starting on Saturday, July 29th with a Colonial
Ice Cream Mixer at 7:30 PM and a Fife & Drum Presentation at
8:00 PM and concluding on Tuesday, August 1st with a pizza party
at 9:30 PM.
We have chosen volunteer adult leaders
that will assist our youth in not only experiencing the fraternalism
of a convention, but also the historic opportunities of the Williamsburg
and Jamestowne areas, and enjoy the local attractions and amusements.
They will participant in the "Fraternal 100" Project in
Williamsburg on Tuesday, August 1st.
Events will be planned from Saturday,
July 29th through Tuesday, August 1st that will be educational as
well as a lot of fraternal fun. Registration for the Youth
Event will be $75.00 per youth participant to cover the costs of
admission to different venues. Circles and assemblies are
encouraged to cover this cost for their youth members. Below
is a "tentative" agenda for the Youth-Full Event. |
