Annuity can be opened as a Non-qualified plan, qualified IRA or Roth IRA, Keogh, SEP, TSA or Coverdell ESA.
The Internal Revenue Service may impose early distribution
penalties prior to age 59½ on early withdrawal.
Penalties
Up to fifteen percent (15%) of your total account value, (10% contractual PLUS 5% as your fraternal benefit), may be withdrawn each year without an NSS penalty. The NSS penalty for withdrawal of funds within the first eight (8) contract years, above the allowable percent, is according to the following schedule:
